Parking Board Appeals

If an individual has received a parking ticket in the town of Saint Johnsbury, they have the right to appeal the ticket within 5 days of receiving it, by way of the Community Restorative Justice Center.  To appeal a parking ticket, individuals may call our office at (802) 748 – 2977 and speak with the Administrate Assistant.  They must be able to provide their name, the date the ticket was received, the ticket number, and why they would like to appeal the ticket.  It is best if the appeal is presented in person, however, written appeals are also accepted.  The Administrative Assistant will inform the person calling of the exact time of their appeal, and they will receive a letter explaining the results of the appeal within one week.
