The Community Restorative Justice Center assists residents and groups who want to form neighborhood associations by providing technical assistance, organizing help and ongoing support once the association has formed.
Neighborhood organizations provide a forum in which residents can address neighborhood issues and work to resolve neighborhood problems while generally strengthening the social bonds between neighbors and fostering a sense of community. These groups generally meet monthly.
We are in need of neighborhood leaders. If you are interested, please call (802) 748-2977 and ask to speak with Sue Russell. These are the neighborhoods which have met in the past (pre-COVID):

Neighborhood Association Leadership meetings happen at the Community Restorative Justice Center on Cherry Street periodically through the year.
